A month ago, this shirt was entirely too tight on me. I’ve been walking for at least 45 minutes a day for a month now. And well, as you can see while it’s still a *tad* snug it’s a lot looser than it was.

I’m pretty proud of this, by August I’d ideally like to be back at 170, but i’m hoping for maybe 175.

Also, less tea, less pop and more rock.

And hair is really weird to have now, considering I haven’t really had any since last year some time.

Gratz man, that’s awesome!

In other news, where the hell have you been? Am I blocked on IM now or something? :-/

Disaster was averted when the GPS instructed him to turn left, directly into an adjacent lake. He was rescued by two Dunder Mifflin employees who just happened to already be in the water.
